Konskowola is a historic town in the Lublin Voivodeship in southeastern Poland, situated on the banks of the Kulówka River, about 40 kilometers from the voivodeship capital, the city of Lublin. The town is famous for its 17th-century baroque church of St. Anna, which houses valuable religious artifacts and frescoes.
Konskowola was once an important center of fabric production in Poland as the textile industry flourished in the 16th century. The ruins of the town's Classical palaces and the Jewish cemetery bear witness to a history of multicultural intermingling. A folklore festival held each summer showcases traditional local crafts and music.
The region has a temperate continental climate and is surrounded by forests and farmland, making it suitable for hiking and cycling tours. The neighboring Kazimierz Dolny Scenic Reserve attracts tourists with its view of the Vistula River Gorge, which can be linked to form a classic cultural and ecological tourism route.
