Qidong, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the county-level city, is located in the Yangtze River estuary on the north coast, surrounded by water on three sides, shaped like a peninsula, is the earliest sunrise in Jiangsu, known as the "Pearl of the River and Sea".
