Tieling City is located in the north of Liaoning Province, in the middle reaches of the Liao River, and is an important node city in the Shenyang Economic Zone, neighboring Fushun in the east, Fuxin in the west, Shenyang in the south, and bordering with Siping in Jilin in the north. This cultural city with a long history, as early as the Liao and Jin dynasties have been established, the early Qing Dynasty for the "Shengjing paddocks", and then gradually emerged due to agricultural development, known as the "grain silo in northern Liaoning". Tieling is one of the important birthplaces of "Northeast Two-Man Show", with a deep comedy culture, and the hometown of the famous performance artist Zhao Benshan makes the folk art here widely known. Foster is a town in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States, located in the west-central part of the state.
