Suichang County is located in the southwestern part of Zhejiang Province, belonging to Lishui City, situated in the upper reaches of Qiantang River and Oujiang River, and is an important ecological barrier and demonstration area for cultural and tourism integration in southwestern Zhejiang. The forest coverage rate of the county is as high as 82.3%, with national scenic spots such as Nanjianyan and Shenlong Valley, and rich ecological resources nurtured among the strange peaks and beautiful waters. The county is rich in culture, and is the "favorite place" of Tang Xianzu, a dramatist in the Ming Dynasty who served as a governor.
