Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Tiefeng District is a municipal district of Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, located in the southeastern part of the city, on the right bank of the Nenjiang River, and is an important industrial and commercial district of Qiqihar City. Regional transportation is convenient, railroad and highway networks are crisscrossed, connecting inside and outside. The territory has both natural and human resources, adjacent to the national Zalong Nature Reserve, a beautiful ecological environment, is one of the habitat of the Danding Crane.
