The Town of Arden, located in New Castle County, Delaware, United States, is a town known for its artistic community and single-tax philosophy, founded in 1900 by sculptor William Preece based on Henry George's theory of land taxation. The town, which covers about 0.3 square kilometers and has a population of less than 500, is known for its unique atmosphere of community self-governance and artisanal traditions.
