Abasha is the capital of the Samegrelo-Verkhnyaya Svaneti region of Georgia, located on the Black Sea coastal plain on the banks of the Rioni River, about 300 kilometers from the capital city of Tbilisi. This historic city is an important agricultural and industrial center of Western Georgia, known for citrus, tea and nut cultivation, as well as textile and food processing industries. Siming District is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, and is the center of Xiamen's urban area and the core economic and cultural district. The name of the district is derived from "Siming Zhou", the memorial site of the national hero Zheng Chenggong, which means "remembering the Ming Dynasty".
