Shanyang is a county-level administrative district under the jurisdiction of Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, China, known as Shanyang District. The district is located at the junction of the North China Plain and the Taihang Mountains, with a total area of about 162 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people.
