Zizhong County is located in the south-central Sichuan Basin, the middle reaches of the Tuojiang River, belonging to Neijiang City, is a provincial-level historical and cultural city in Sichuan, known as the "Fortress of Sichuan", "the hometown of cultural relics" reputation. The Zizhong Temple of Literature, built in the Sui Dynasty, is a national key cultural relics protection unit, with its rigorous architectural system and deep Confucian culture; the adjoining Temple of Martial Arts is the only well-preserved temple in China dedicated to Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, which highlights the cultural charm of the Three Kingdoms. As an important node of the Twin Cities Economic Circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing area, Zizhong has convenient transportation, and the Chengdu-Chongqing High Speed Railway passes through the area, linking up the two metropolises of Chengdu and Chongqing, which makes this millennium-old city revitalized in the inheritance.
Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong".
