Yiyuan County is located in the central part of Shandong Province, China, belonging to Zibo City, and is situated in the mountainous area of central Shandong, with a total area of 1,636 square kilometers. It is named after the birthplace of the Yi River, and is a typical ecological livable county, known as the "roof of Shandong".
Yiyuan is rich in natural resources, with more than 50% of the area covered by forests, and is an important fruit production base in northern China, producing apples, cherries and other fruits. With mountains and rivers, the climate is characterized by four distinct seasons, and there are natural landscapes such as the Lushan National Forest Park and a group of caves.
Yiyuan has a long history and is one of the birthplaces of ancient mankind, having unearthed the fossil of "Yiyuan Ape Man", which is about 500,000 years old. The modern economy is based on agriculture, green industry and tourism, focusing on ecological protection and sustainable development, and has been actively promoting rural tourism and specialty agricultural brands in recent years.
Attractions include Cowherd Scenic Spot and Shengfo Mountain, combining nature and folk culture. Conveniently connected to neighboring cities via the Qinglan Expressway and about 150 kilometers from downtown Jinan, it is suitable for eco-tourism and leisure vacation.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
