Yanzhou is located in the southwestern part of Shandong Province, China, and is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Jining City. It is situated in the southwestern plains of Shandong Province, where the Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Yanzhou-Shijiang Railway meet, with convenient transportation, and has been known as the "Thoroughfare of Nine Provinces".
