Yangyuan County is located in the northwestern part of Hebei Province, China, under Zhangjiakou City, and is situated in the transition zone between the North China Plain and the Inner Mongolia Plateau. The area is famous for its rich ancient human cultural heritage, especially the Nihawan site group, which is known as the "hometown of mankind in the East", and a large number of early human fossils and stone tools have been unearthed, which is of great significance to the study of human evolutionary history. Yangyuan has a temperate continental climate with four distinct seasons, and its agriculture is based on corn and grain cultivation, while its animal husbandry is also relatively well-developed. In recent years, eco-tourism and cultural heritage preservation have become the focus of development, attracting many scholars and tourists. With a total area of about 1,800 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000, it is a county with a blend of history, nature and rural characteristics.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
