Xingping City is located in the western part of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, in the hinterland of Guanzhong Plain, at the important node of the Silk Road Economic Belt, with a total area of 507 square kilometers and a population of about 600,000 people. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
