Xiaoshan is a municipal district under Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, located on the south bank of the Qiantang River, and is an important part of the Hangzhou metropolitan area. As the core area of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, Xiaoshan has a well-developed economy, with manufacturing, information technology and modern service industries as the leading industries, and a number of state-level economic and technological development zones and high-tech industrial parks. It has convenient transportation, and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is an important aviation hub in East China, connecting many cities around the world.
Xiaoshan has a long history, with well-known attractions such as Xianghu Lake and Hangzhou Paradise, as well as cultural heritages such as the Cross Lake Bridge cultural site. Local traditional events such as the Tide Watching Festival and Dragon Boat Race attract many tourists. Xiaoshan is also one of the important birthplaces of Zhejiang cuisine, known for its delicious river food and local snacks.
Xiaoshan is among the top 100 districts in China and is known for its vibrant private economy, which has nurtured famous enterprises such as Wanxiang Group. In recent years, Xiaoshan has vigorously developed emerging industries such as digital economy and biomedicine, and synergized with the main city of Hangzhou to become a highland of innovation and entrepreneurship in Zhejiang Province.
Huma County is located in the Daxinganling region of Heilongjiang Province, one of the northernmost counties in China, with a longitude of 126°~127°E, a latitude of 50°~52°N, and a border of 372 kilometers with Russia across the Heilongjiang River. As a cold-temperate continental monsoon climate zone, with long cold winters and short cool summers, it has the unique geographic label of "China's North Pole". With a forest coverage of up to 80%, it is an important part of the Daxinganling forest area, harboring a wealth of wildlife resources, such as northeast tigers, sables, and Xing'an pines. The scenery along the Heilongjiang River is exquisite, and the fishing and hunting culture of the Boundary River is profound; in summer, you can experience river rafting, and in winter, there is the spectacle of freezing fog. With forestry, green agriculture and eco-tourism as the pillar industries, the area is rich in blueberries, black fungus and other mountain treasures, making it an excellent destination for eco-tourism and folklore experience in the northern border.
