Wangkui County is located in the central part of Heilongjiang Province in China, belonging to Suihua City, and is situated in the hinterland of Songnen Plain. The county is mainly agricultural, is an important commercial grain production base, producing corn, soybeans and other crops, known as the "land of fish and rice" reputation.
