Taixing City is located in the central part of Jiangsu Province, China. It is a county-level city under the administration of Taizhou City, and is situated in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle. The city is known as the "Hometown of Education" and "Hometown of Ginkgo", with a total area of 1,172 square kilometers and a population of about 1.2 million. Taixing has a long history, founded in the Southern Tang Dynasty, with a thousand years of cultural heritage, and attractions such as the Huangqiao Battle Memorial Hall and Qingyun Temple highlight its red and ancient charm.

Pingwu County is located in the northwest of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, in the transition zone from the Northwest Sichuan Plateau to the Sichuan Basin, and is an important ecological barrier on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
