Shitai County is located in the south of Anhui Province, the western part of the southern Anhui mountainous area, belonging to the city of Chizhou, is an important ecological barrier in the Yangtze River Delta region and the "natural oxygen bar", with a forest coverage rate of more than 80%, and the concentration of negative oxygen ions perennial ranked among the national forefront. Pinglu District, part of Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, China, is located on the Loess Plateau in northern Jin, with a long history and deep cultural heritage.
