Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims. The local economy is based on fishing, tourism and agriculture, and the climate is cool enough for summer vacations.
With a population of around 20,000, the town of Sevan retains its traditional Armenian culture, while the infrastructure is constantly being improved to provide accommodation and catering services. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the nature and history of the Caucasus and is easily accessible for short trips.
Linshu County is a part of Linyi City, Shandong Province. It is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, at the junction of Shandong and Suzhou Provinces, and is the gateway of Linyi City to the east and to the sea. It has a total area of 1,010 square kilometers, with 2 streets and 10 towns under the jurisdiction of Linshu County and a population of nearly 700,000 people. It is located in the old revolutionary area of Yimeng, with a profound red culture, and red sites such as the old revolutionary site of Zhu Fan and the anti-Japanese base in Jiao Long Town tell of the historical inheritance. As the "Willow Weaving Capital of China" and "Strawberry Hometown of China", Linshu has distinctive industries: willow weaving techniques have been passed down for thousands of years, and the products are exported to more than 80 countries around the world, making them National Geographical Indications products; "Cangshan No. 1" strawberries are sweet and juicy. The "Cangshan No. 1" strawberry is sweet and juicy, leading to the revitalization of rural industries. In recent years, Linshu, relying on its location, has been vigorously developing new energy, new materials and other emerging industries, forming a diversified industrial pattern of "traditional+modern", and is a vibrant new growth pole in southeast Shandong Province.
