Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
Tianyang District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, located in western Guangxi and the middle reaches of the Right River Valley. It is known for its rich agricultural resources, Zhuang culture and revolutionary history. Tianyang is an important mango production base, known as the "Hometown of Mango in China", and organizes mango cultural activities every year to attract many tourists.
The region has a subtropical monsoon climate and is rich in crops such as rice, sugar cane and vegetables. Tianyang also boasts unique traditional Zhuang culture, such as Zhuang brocade, mountain songs and folk dances. Transportation is convenient, with the Nankun Railway and the Guangkun Expressway running through the territory, connecting major cities such as Baise and Nanning. Tianyang is one of the important historical places of Baise Uprising, with red tourism value.
