The region is conveniently located adjacent to Khalifa Port and Masdar City and approximately 20 kilometers from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Known for its large refineries, oil storage facilities and industrial zones, Sabah is one of the key hubs of the UAE's energy economy.
In recent years, with the advancement of Abu Dhabi's 2030 economic vision, the Sabah area has seen the development of modern residential and commercial neighborhoods that have attracted many international companies and expatriate workers. The area has also retained some of its traditional cultural heritage, with typical desert landscapes and traditional Arabian architecture in the surrounding area, creating a unique coexistence of industrial development and natural culture.
