Qingxu County is located in the central part of Shanxi Province, the south end of Taiyuan City, which has been the "Gateway to Jin Temple" since ancient times, and is an important cultural city and specialty agricultural base in Shanxi. It is the core origin of one of the four famous vinegars in China, "Qingxu Old Vinegar", with a history of more than 3,000 years of vinegar brewing, "Since ancient times, vinegar brewing counts in Shanxi, tracing its roots in Qingxu", and its traditional brewing technology has been listed in the national intangible cultural heritage. At the same time, Qingxu is also the hometown of grapes in China, the history of grape planting is more than 2000 years, the grapes produced are big, sweet and colorful, especially famous for "Longan", "Cabernet Sauvignon" and other varieties, and the annual output accounts for more than one-third of Shanxi Province.
