Qinbei District is located in the south of Guangxi, belonging to Qinzhou City, located in the core area of the Beibu Gulf Economic Circle, east of Yulin, south of Qinzhou Port, west of Fangchenggang, north of Nanning, is the front line of opening up for ASEAN in Guangxi. São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé.
