Qidong, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the county-level city, is located in the Yangtze River estuary on the north coast, surrounded by water on three sides, shaped like a peninsula, is the earliest sunrise in Jiangsu, known as the "Pearl of the River and Sea". Located at the head of the Yangtze River Delta, north and Shanghai Chongming Island across the river, west of Nantong, south of the Yangtze River, is China's famous "township of the ocean economy" and "the township of the building". Rustavi is the fourth largest city in Georgia, located in the Kvemo Kartli region in the southeast of the country, situated on both banks of the Kura River, about 25 kilometers from the capital city of Tbilisi. The city was founded in 1948 as a planned city built during the Soviet period to support the development of heavy industry, and was named after the medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli.
