Pullman, Michigan is a small city in Calhoun County, Michigan, United States, located in the southern part of the state, about 160 kilometers from the capital city of Lansing and about 240 kilometers from Detroit. Hualong District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Puyang City, Henan Province, China, not an independent country or city. As the political, economic and cultural center of Puyang, the district is located in northeastern Henan Province, on the border with Shandong and Hebei provinces, in the hinterland of the North China Plain.
Hualong District for "Chinese dragon township" reputation, is one of the birthplace of Chinese dragon culture. 1986 with the establishment of Puyang prefecture-level city and the establishment of the district, the territory has a Chi City ruins, Kuaiyi Taiwan and other historical sites. The area is an important place of origin for Chinese surnames such as Zhang and Liu.
