Located in the western part of Henan Province and the middle reaches of the Yellow River, Luoyang is one of the first batch of historical and cultural cities and famous ancient capitals announced by the State Council, known as the ancient capital of the Thirteen Dynasties, with thirteen dynasties, such as the Xia, Shang, Western Zhou, Eastern Zhou, Eastern Han Dynasty, Cao Wei, Western Jin Dynasty, Northern Wei Dynasty, Sui Dynasty, and Tang Dynasty, establishing their capitals here, which has lasted for more than 1,500 years. Guide County is located in the east of China's Qinghai Province, belonging to Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in the Yellow River Valley, with an average elevation of 2,200 meters, known as the "Plateau Little Jiangnan" reputation. It is famous for the unique landscape of "Guide Qing of the World Yellow River" - the Yellow River water is crystal clear when it flows through the area, which overturns people's traditional perception of the Yellow River.
