Lulong County is part of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, China, located at the southern foot of Yanshan Mountain, and is an important county-level administrative region in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The county has a long history, dating back to the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, and was once the capital of the Guzhu Kingdom, known as the "town of benevolence and righteousness".
