Liuyang, a county-level city under the administration of Changsha, Hunan Province, is located in the eastern part of Hunan Province, in the northern part of the Luoxiao Mountains, adjacent to Jiangxi Province, and has been known as the "throat of Wu and Chu" since ancient times. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
