Ningxia Litong District, located in the central part of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is a municipal district of Wuzhong City, located in the Yellow River alluvial plain, known as "South of the River on the Seas". With convenient irrigation and well-developed agriculture, the district produces high-quality agricultural products such as wolfberries, rice, melons and fruits, and is especially famous as the "Hometown of Chinese wolfberries". As an important trade and logistics center in Ningxia, Litong District has convenient transportation, the Baolan Railway, Beijing-Tibet Expressway through the territory, since ancient times is a dry dock where merchants gather. Litong District has a rich Hui culture, mosques, folk customs parks and other special attractions highlighting the multi-cultural charm, is an excellent place to experience the traditional customs of the Hui people.
Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country.
