Located in the southwestern part of Hebei Province and under the jurisdiction of Xingtai City, Lincheng County has a total area of 797 square kilometers and a population of about 210,000 people. It is conveniently connected to Longyao County in the east, the Taihang Mountains in the west and the border with Shanxi Province, and is about 100 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport.
There is a national 4A level scenic spot, Kongshan Baiyun Cave, which is a rare karst cave landscape in northern China, and is known as the "Underground Karst Museum".
