Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, is located in the middle of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau in southwest China, and is known as the "Spring City" because of its four seasons and pleasant climate. With an average annual temperature of about 15℃, no severe cold in winter and no heat in summer, it is an ideal city for tourism and living. As a multi-ethnic settlement, there are 25 ethnic groups living here, including Han, Yi, Bai and Dai, with colorful ethnic cultures and unique traditional festivals such as Torch Festival and Water Splashing Festival. Surrounded by the Stone Forest World Geopark, Dianchi Pond, Xishan Longmen and other famous scenic spots, the natural wonders and humanistic heritage are intertwined. At the same time, Kunming is China's important open gateway to Southeast Asia and South Asia, combining modern urban vitality with frontier ethnic flavor, and is the core window for experiencing Yunnan's diverse cultures.
Located on the western coast of Tainan City, Taiwan Province of China, Tseung Kwan O District was formerly known as "General Chuang", the name originating from the fact that Huang Zhao, a general during the Ming and Zheng Dynasties, settled here. The area is about 41.98 square kilometers, with a population of about 20,000. Agriculture and fishery are the main industries, and crops such as burdock and carrot are abundant. There are fishing bases such as General Fishing Harbor and Castle Peak Fishing Harbor, and Mashagou Coastal Recreation Area is a famous sightseeing spot. The local area retains the style of traditional southern Fujian settlements, and organizes cultural activities such as the Shogun's Roar Music Festival every year, which demonstrates the unique local humanistic characteristics.
