São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Jiangbei is the core district of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, located on the north bank of the Yong and Yao rivers, hence the name "Jiangbei". As the birthplace of Ningbo's old city, the area retains historical relics such as the thousand-year-old county town of Cicheng and the Catholic Church, as well as the modern architecture of the Old Bund. With both historical and cultural heritage and modern urban vitality, Jiangbei District is an important port logistics hub and advanced manufacturing base in Ningbo. With convenient transportation, connectivity to Shanghai through the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge, and rapid economic development, as well as natural and humanistic landscapes such as Sun Lake and Baoguo Temple, the area is an important urban sector in the southern wing of the Yangtze River Delta.
