São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located in the northeastern part of China's Qinghai Province, in the transition zone between the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and the Loess Plateau, with an average altitude of about 3,000 meters above sea level. It is famous for its magnificent natural scenery and rich ethnic culture, and is an important part of the Qinghai Lake, with well-known attractions such as Qilian Mountain Grassland and Menyuan Rapeseed Flower Sea. As a multi-ethnic settlement, Tibetan culture is dominant, while integrating the traditions of Han, Hui, Mongolia and other ethnic groups. It is also one of the birthplaces of the spirit of "two bombs and one star", and the Atomic City in Xihai Town is a historical memorial site. The economy is dominated by animal husbandry, tourism and clean energy, and the ecological status is important, with a plateau continental climate and cool summers.
