Huilai County is located in the southeastern part of Guangdong Province, China, under Jieyang City, and is situated in the coastal economic zone of eastern Guangdong, bordering the South China Sea, with a total area of about 1,253 square kilometers. Known for its marine resources and agricultural economy, Huilai is an important aquaculture base and production area for lychee and longan in Guangdong. The local area is rich in coastline resources and natural landscapes, such as Shenquan Harbor and Jinghai Beach, and tourism is gradually developing.
