Heishui County is located in the central part of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, on the southeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, and is one of the ecological demonstration counties in northwest Sichuan. The Dagu Glacier, the closest modern glacier to Chengdu, is known as one of the most beautiful glaciers in China, with snow mountains, glaciers, forests and seas; San'ao Snow Mountain, as one of the four sacred mountains in Tibet, with the main peak at an altitude of 5,286 meters, is a holy place for mountaineering and trekking enthusiasts. It is the holy land for mountaineering and hiking enthusiasts. Here Tibetan culture is rich, traditional villages are well-preserved, Jiajiong Tibetan customs and natural landscape reflect each other, and the annual summer "Russe Culture and Tourism Festival" shows the unique folk charm. Heishui is not only a secret place for ecotourism, but also a window to experience Tibetan culture, attracting visitors from all directions with its originality and purity.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
