Hedland (Haleyville), located in Winston County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Alabama, about 160 kilometers north of Birmingham and close to the Tennessee border, is a small town with a community focus. Incorporated in 1889, the city sprang up as a result of the development of railroad transportation, and historically was the pilot city for the first 911 emergency telephone system in the United States (1968), an innovation that to this day influences emergency response systems across the country. Economically, the area is dominated by forestry, agriculture, and small-scale manufacturing, and is surrounded by natural landscapes and the William B. Bankhead National Forest for outdoor activities. Goodyang County belongs to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Baotou City, located in the northern foothills of the Yinshan Mountains, the central Inner Mongolia Plateau, south of Baotou, north of Darhan Maomingan Union Banner, is a typical agricultural and pastoral intertwined zone area. Grasslands, forests and mountains in the territory, spring Kunshan to alpine meadows, strange peaks and rocks known as a summer resort; Maanshan rock paintings recorded the ancient nomadic civilization of the imprint of the history of the grasslands, telling the weight of the history of the grasslands. It is rich in mineral resources, with large reserves of iron, lead and zinc, while the agriculture and animal husbandry are characterized by oat, buckwheat, beef and mutton, combining the vastness of the grassland with the delicacy of farming.
