Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, China is located in the southeast of Qinghai Province, in the northeast corner of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, and is an important ecological barrier and humanistic meeting place in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.
