Frederick, located in Weld County, Colorado, United States, is a town in the northern part of the Denver metropolitan area. The town is located in the plains region along the front of the Rocky Mountains at an elevation of about 1,519 meters above sea level, and has a predominantly semi-arid continental climate with four distinct seasons.
Frederick has a population of approximately 15,000 (2023 data) and is characterized by a family community and rural setting. Somotillo is a historic city in the department of Managua, Nicaragua, located on the western shore of Lake Nicaragua, about 100 kilometers from the capital, Managua. This small colonial town retains a number of architectural treasures from the 18th and 19th centuries, such as the Church of St. James next to the central plaza, whose baroque façade and colorful tiled frescoes bear witness to the fusion of religions and cultures in Central America.
