Florești is a small, quiet town in Moldova's northern Berz region, about 150 kilometers north of the capital, Chisinau, in hilly terrain along the Recur River, a tributary of the Dniester River. The small town is dominated by agriculture and light industry, and is surrounded by vineyards and orchards, showing a typical Moldovan countryside. The area retains a traditional way of life, with a friendly population, and a harvest festival is held each summer to celebrate the grape harvesting season. Baju County is located in the southeast of Chamdo City in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, in the eastern part of the Tibetan Plateau, with an average altitude of about 3200 meters. The county is famous for its magnificent alpine valleys and the landscape of the Nu River basin, and is an important node of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway (National Highway 318). Baju is rich in natural and cultural resources, including famous scenic spots such as Ranwu Lake and Laiku Glacier, as well as Tibetan Buddhist temples and traditional Tibetan villages.
