Fengyang County is located in the northeastern part of Anhui Province, China, a county under the jurisdiction of Chuzhou City, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Huai River. The county is known as the "Hometown of Emperors", the birthplace of Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and has a rich historical and cultural heritage. Fengyang is one of the important birthplaces of China's rural reforms. In 1978, Xiaogang Village's "Dabaojian" started the nation's agricultural household contract responsibility system.
Fengyang's economy is based on agriculture, producing grain, oilseeds and livestock products, while actively developing industry, tourism and services. Local specialty industries include quartz sand processing, building materials production and agricultural and sideline products processing. The Fengyang Flower Drum Opera is a national intangible cultural heritage, displaying a unique local cultural charm.
Major tourist attractions include the Imperial Forbidden City of Mingzhongdu, Longxing Temple, Xiaogang Village Dabaoqian Memorial Hall and Wolf Lane Mystery Valley, attracting many tourists to explore the history and natural scenery. Fengyang has convenient transportation, with well-developed highway and railroad networks, making it easy to connect to neighboring cities. In recent years, Fengyang has continued to promote economic transformation and upgrading and ecological construction, striving to achieve high-quality development.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia.
