Dingbian County is located in the northwest of Shaanxi Province, the westernmost part of Yulin City, the junction of the four provinces of Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and Mongolia, is the transition zone of the Loess Plateau and the Mao Wusu Sandy Land, and has been known as "the chicken listening to the four provinces". This place has a long history, is an important town along the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty, the salt industry has a deep cultural heritage, and the ruins of the ancient salt farms have witnessed the prosperity of the ancient trade and commerce. As a typical temperate continental monsoon climate zone, Dingbian sunshine, day and night temperature difference is large, producing potatoes, buckwheat, oilseeds and other crops, known as "China's potato township". At the same time, the territory is rich in oil, natural gas and other energy resources, is an important national energy and chemical base. In recent years, Dingbian relying on location advantages, the formation of "agriculture, industry, business" synergistic development of the economic pattern, not only is the regional transportation hub, but also a model of ecological governance and green development.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
