Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Zhonghe District is located in the northern part of New Taipei City, Taiwan, China, at the southern edge of the Taipei Basin, neighboring Xindian, Yonghe and Banqiao Districts, and is one of the core residential and commercial districts in the Taipei metropolitan area.
