Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Yongxiu County, belonging to Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province, is located at the confluence of Ganjiang River and Xiushui River, and on the southwestern shore of Poyang Lake, which has been called "Gateway of Poyang Lake" since ancient times.
