Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. The city is famous for the hilltop Deva Castle, a 13th-century fortress perched on a volcanic cone that offers panoramic views and symbolizes the history of the region. The economy of Dva is based on industry and services, and it is also a transportation hub, connecting it to the Carpathian region.
Dva has a long history, first recorded in 1269, and was once a fortress of the Kingdom of Hungary. The city retains medieval buildings such as the castle and the Church of the Holy Cross. Hsichih District is located in the northeast of New Taipei City, Taiwan Province of China, on the banks of the Keelung River, and is an important satellite city of the Taipei metropolitan area. With a total area of 71.2354 square kilometers and a population of about 200,000, the district has become an important hub connecting Taipei City and Keelung City due to its special geographic location.
Surrounded by mountains on three sides, with the Keelung River running through the whole area, Xizhi has a number of highways and railroads passing through, including the Zhongshan Highway, the Northern Second Highway, and the Taiwan Railway Longitudinal Line, and is only about 15 kilometers away from the center of Taipei City, making it a well-developed and convenient transportation network.

The district boasts natural and cultural attractions such as Cuihu Lake and Gongbei Temple, and the annual Shiodome Dream Carnival showcases local characteristics. Local snacks, such as Xizhi rice noodle soup, baked cake and bean curd, are popular among the public, reflecting a strong sense of local life.
