Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Simao, the main city of Pu'er, Yunnan Province, is located in the southwest Yunnan border area, is the largest oasis on the Tropic of Cancer, known as "China Tea City" and "Pearl of the Green Sea".
