Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County is located in the northern part of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, bordering Hunan and Guizhou, and is the only autonomous county of the Dong in Guangxi.
