Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Oroqen Autonomous Banner is located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at the southeast foot of Daxing'anling Mountains, it is a national autonomous banner under the jurisdiction of Hulunbeier City, and also one of the three Oroqen inhabited areas in China.
