Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Mulan County is located in the northeastern part of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China, on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Songhua River, and belongs to the county under the jurisdiction of Harbin City. Total area of 3600 square kilometers, population of about 250,000 people. It is located in the transition zone between the remaining veins of the Xiaoxinganling Mountains and the Songnen Plain, with the terrain high in the north and low in the south, and the forest coverage rate exceeding 50%, rich in natural resources, producing timber, mountain products and green agricultural products.
Mulan County has a long history, set up in the Qing Dynasty during the reign of Emperor Guangxu, named after the Mulanda River within its borders.
