Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. The city is famous for the hilltop Deva Castle, a 13th-century fortress perched on a volcanic cone that offers panoramic views and symbolizes the history of the region. Linqu County is located in the central part of Shandong Province, China, which belongs to Weifang City, and is situated in the junction zone of the central Shandong mountainous area and the eastern Shandong plain. It has a total area of 1,831 square kilometers and a population of about 850,000 people. As one of the important birthplaces of Qilu culture, Linqu has a long history, with more than 3,000 years of establishment, and is known as the "Hometown of Calligraphy and Painting" and the "Hometown of Small Opera".

Shanwang Fossil Treasure House preserves the complete paleontological communities of 18 million years ago, which has world-class scientific research value.
The local area has formed three pillar industries: high-end aluminum profiles, sculpture and art, and modern agriculture. The production capacity of aluminum profiles accounts for more than 30% of the national market share, and it is known as the "Aluminum Capital of China". The planting area of greenhouse cherries in Linqu reaches 100,000 mu, with the annual output accounting for one third of the country, and it has been awarded the title of "the first county of greenhouse cherries in China". The traditional red inkstone carving technique has been listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.
