Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Located in the south-central part of China's Hubei Province, Jingzhou is an important city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and a national historical and cultural city.
