Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Hualong District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Puyang City, Henan Province, China, not an independent country or city. As the political, economic and cultural center of Puyang, the district is located in northeastern Henan Province, on the border with Shandong and Hebei provinces, in the hinterland of the North China Plain.
